The MOObile uses beef supplied by the Pierce Creek Cattle Company, which is our 4th generation Missouri ranch. The MOObile is available for public events, private parties, and catered functions. We offer a range of dishes from smash burgers and tallow fries on the food truck to steaks at catered events. The focus and branding is locally sourced beef pasture-raised with no added hormones or unnecessary antibiotics. The food truck is a ground-up rebuild from the inside out with all new restaurant equipment and mechanical equipment.

Simple pleasures are those things that are affordable, not fussy, and bring an immense amount of joy to your life.  It doesn't take much to brighten my day. A good cup of coffee, a walk around the neighborhood, or putting a fresh bouquet of flowers on my kitchen table does the trick. From this life philosophy, Rudy's Flower Truck, was born. I want to make flowers more accessible to the community and allow customers to have a unique flower buying experience when they stop by the truck.  By bringing flowers to neighborhoods around St. Louis I hope everyone will take the time to stop and smell the roses -and then take some home of course.
